Shipping policy

1. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders ₱ 2,700 and above. However, if you wish to expedite your order within Metro Manila, an additional ₱ 300 will be added to your final bill regardless if you reach ₱ 2,700. This is considered as a special request.
2. Who is your delivery service?
We have plenty of couriers depending on your location, our courier might call you within the day of delivery so please make sure to have your registered mobile phone nearby in case they call. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area. Please bear with us.
3. How many times will they deliver my product?
Our delivery partner will attempt 2-3 times before considering your order as canceled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist of COD.
4. How do I track my order?
Please email us at support@iamwws.com for your order updates, provinces and remote areas especially in Mindanao can take more than 10 days.
5. I was delivered the wrong item.
Please email us asap at support@iamwws.com for immediate action, rest assured we will do our best to correct this mistake.
6. How many days should I receive my order?
Metro Manila: 2 - 5 Business Days
Provinces: 3 - 12 Business Days
Metro Manila: 1 - 3 Business Days
Provinces: 2 - 5 Business Days
7. Do you ship abroad?
Yes! We can ship your orders abroad. There will be a shipping fee base on what country and the weight of the package that will be shoulder by the customer. Advance payment is required before we process the transaction.
