Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
Q: What courier do you use in shipping?
A: IAm Worldwide Online Store offers Cash on Delivery service nationwide. This is in partnership with Lazada Ph and Checkmeout Philippines. We are also offer straight payment delivery via LBC, JRS express and 2GO
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: We offer free shipping for orders ₱ 2,700 and above. However, if you wish to expedite your order within Metro Manila, an additional ₱ 300 will be added to your final bill regardless if you reach ₱ 2,700. This is considered as a special request.
Q: How long should I wait for my items to arrive?
Provinces: 3 - 12 Business Days
Metro Manila: 1 - 3 Business Days
Provinces: 2 - 5 Business Days
Q: I want my items faster than COD. How?
A : We also offer rush orders via LBC, JRS on straight payment basis. This is done by depositing your total balance via Palawan express, Cebuana, Western Union or any major remittance services in the Philippines. We also accept BDO, BPI, or Metrobank deposit/transfer.
Straight Payment rush orders via LBC, Grab Express or Lalamove only takes 1-2 days after payment.

Q: I did not receive any confirmation, what should I do?
A: If you successful used our checkout system, you should receive a confirmation in about 60 seconds after finishing the process. However the tracking code may take a bit of time since it takes 24-48 hours to encode it via 3rd party logistics.

Q: Does IAm Worldwide Store Returns and Refunds?
A: We accept refunds or returns within 7 days of purchase. Please send us the receipt or order number to support@iamwws.com
We will refund or replace the item if:
- Item is not physically scratched and opened
- Item was not damaged
- Item has factory defect.
We will not refund or replace the item if opened and damaged.
Q: My item has not arrived on the given time-frame?
There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons
- Incomplete address
- Unreachable mobile number
- Area not covered via COD or Area is considered as remote area
Always make sure to complete your Address to ensure a successful delivery.

Q: Do you ship abroad?
Yes! We can ship your orders abroad. There will be a shipping fee base on what country and the weight of the package that will be shoulder by the customer. Advance payment is required before we process the transaction.
